Using JexlFeatures is tedious

    Description

      The JexlFeatures class is not very easy to configure if one wants to disable all but one or two features. This is because the only constructor includes many features by default. These all have to be disabled individually.

      It would be useful to have a constructor that disabled all the features; these could then be enabled individually.
